No matter which side of the aisle you stand when it comes to updating the classic, plain look of the past vs. more modernized jerseys, the most recent updates may appease you.
The biggest difference is Nike has done away with the universally-agreed-upon-putrid smoke grey numbers of a year ago (as the NCAA mandated) as you can see in the picture above. It was tweeted by Paul Lukas, who runs ESPN.com's popular blog UniWatch, which is a perfect niche for nerds of the little things in sports like uniforms.

While these changes have not been officially released by the university, one is at liberty to believe defensive end Chris Smith is not just posing to pose.
