We've known Arkansas needs some quick help in their wide receiver corps and hopefully found some in juco wide receiver Cody Hollister.

Hollister has three years to play three seasons, so there won't be any redshirting for him in Fayetteville. He'll come in and be a redshirt sophomore on the 2014 team. He'll also be one of the biggest receivers on the Razorback roster - certainly bigger than any of the receivers who got any real playing time in 2013. Hopefully it will add another element to the Arkansas offense.

He caught 69 passes for 934 yards and five touchdowns this season to earn the offer from Arkansas. An unrated prospect by both Rivals and 24/7, Hollister also reports offers from both Troy and Wyoming.

You can see his highlights here.

He originally walked on at Nevada out of high school. Here's his profile from NevadaWolfPack.com:

High School

A graduate of Mountain View High School in Bend, Ore. ... Was a first-team all-state and all-conference selection ... Holds all Mountain View's receiving records ... Led team to state championship as a senior and three straight conference titles ... Combined for 2,300 yards and 30 touchdowns as a junior and senior ... Earned 10 varsity letters while playing football, basketball and baseball.

Personal

Born Nov. 18, 1993 ... Son of Jennifer and Matt Connolly and Evan and Kathy Hollister ... Along with twin brother Jacob, has three sisters: Shelby, Sierra and Hailey ... Father played baseball at Portland State ... Grandfather played football at BYU ... Majoring in business ... Had recruiting interest from Washington State, Idaho and a number of Ivy League schools ... Enjoys spending time with family and friends and being involved with his church.

Hollister is the 17th commitment in Arkansas' Class of 2014.
