Maui Q&A – Arkansas and California tipoff the 2013 Maui Invitational at 2 p.m. today, marking the beginning of what is sure to be a fantastic tournament, and opportunity for Arkansas to get a big non-conference win away from home. With the help of the SB Nation blogs from right here, Syracuse, California, Gonzaga, and Minnesota, I assisted in a Q&A with the California blog to help others get familiarized with Arkansas and what we bring to the island.

The Sixth Man – One of the main reasons Arkansas has a chance to compete while in Maui is the play of junior Alandise Harris. After John Pelphrey passed on Harris out of high school, the versatile forward has been a surprise this season, leading the team in scoring while coming off the bench. Now teamed up with Bobby Portis, a pair of Little Rock kids have a chance to put the Hogs back on the national scene.

Battle for the Golden Boot – It's officially Battle for the Golden Boot week and it's time to rehash old memories because... well, the last couple of matchups with LSU haven't turned out so well for the Hogs. Not to worry, though, I've got what you need: the top 10 moments in the history of the Battle for the Golden Boot. If anything, Arkansas folks, thee #1 moment will give you at least some reason to believe we may could pull off yet another historic victory in Baton Rouge.

Eight Straight – This wasn't exactly how Bret Bielema envisioned his first year at Arkansas. Starting off the year with three decent victories looked halfway promising, but was followed by a school record eight consecutive losses, seven of which in SEC play. Now threatened with a possible winless conference season for the first time in school history, Arkansas heads into Death Valley on Black Friday for the final time. Someone egged Brandon Allen's truck over the weekend, too. Get a grip, people.
