This was the first practice that was closed to the media and only defensive coaches and players talked afterward, so essentially, there's not really a whole lot to talk about. A lot of "getting better" and "good effort" and "consistency" and when Randy Shannon is asked about the biggest stride the linebackers have made this spring he answers "learning."
Shannon did briefly discuss Tiquention Coleman's transition to more of a linebacker role. He will mostly to use when the offense is in 3/4 wide receiver sets, which he acknowledged is pretty much everything for Auburn and Texas Tech.
