Arkansas Razorbacks Basketball Team To Practice In Barnhill Arena Saturday at 1:30, Apparently

Andy Lyons

Lemons and lemonade, and what not.

As you hopefully read, Bud Walton Arena suffered water damage late last week, but don't worry about it because Arkansas has a state-of-the-art practice facility, which is perfect for such situations and the team has bee forced to play in the HPER Building for the time being.

It's something of a tradition for the basketball team to hold formal or informal practices on football game days, and since the Bud isn't available this weekend, rumors are swirling that the team will be practicing this Saturday in Barnhill at 1:30.

This has not been confirmed by the university as far as we can tell, but we're hearing it's true.

Those of you who've longed to see basketball in Barnhill for the last twenty years may get something of an opportunity this weekend if it's open. So if you just happen to open a door to Barnhill on Saturday around 1:30, and it just happens to be unlocked, and you just happen to find a seat and the basketball team just happens to be practicing, enjoy it.  It may not be a game, but it should be pretty cool just to see some basketball being played at Barnhill.

And here's a nice video UA produced of the basketball team going through ROTC drills on campus
