Bielema can't refer to Dyer by name, but the question and presumably the answer were clearly intended to refer to him.
Over the last couple of weeks, Dyer had been making the rounds on both national and local media, sometimes all but begging Bret Bielema to allow him to walk on for the Razorbacks. He even said he'd turn down scholarship offers from elsewhere.
As a result, it was expected that Bielema would be asked about the situation at Media Days, and he didn't try to dodge the issue.
We obviously don't know how much consideration Bielema's given this topic, but it certainly appears at this point that he's moved on from the possibility. It was also reported that Dyer was in Tampa recently taking a look at USF as a possible transfer location.
