This new episode of the "Hog Call Podcast" marks a truly historic moment in Arkansas sports journalism. With this appearance - his third - ArkansasSports360.com Editor Chris Bahn has become our most frequent guest. Before tonight, he and Bob Holt, longtime Razorback beat writer for the Democrat-Gazette, were tied for the most appearances with two apiece. We can only hope that the heated rivalry that has developed between the two as a result doesn't spiral out of control. It's just a podcast, guys.
But I digress ... there's a reason Chris has become the Alec Baldwin of "Hog Call": he brings the goods. Tonight, he discusses the "40 Minutes of Hell" documentary, the basketball team's NCAA chances (spoiler alert: he thinks they've got one), Dorial Green-Beckham signing with Mizzou, Tyler Wilson and Knile Davis spurning the NFL to return to Fayetteville, and Gus Malzahn taking the Arkansas State job. Great stuff. Many thanks to Chris for his time. (And Bob, we'll try to have you on again soon.)
