*sigh*

In a game that will surely haunt Hog fans for a very, very long time with the almost countless missed opportunities and close calls, the Hogs made an exciting run at knocking off the champs but just couldn't close it out.

The fact is, Alabama is a damn good team and damn good teams don't go down easily...when push came to shove at the end, they made the big plays when they needed to nd we didn't. So many blown chances!

I'll probably have more to say on the subject later (or maybe not), but right now I think I'm going to go sit by myself in a dark room for awhile. Thanks to everyone who joined us during the game in the open thread.
